Care & Maintenance
To keep your wood soap tray looking its best, occasionally rinse it with warm water and allow it to fully air dry. About once a month, lightly scrub with a small brush if soap residue builds up.

Because wood is a natural material, we recommend occasionally conditioning the tray with a small amount of food-safe Pure Tung Oil to help protect the wood and maintain its appearance. Tung Oil is a plant-derived oil that hardens in the wood and offers stronger water resistance, allow it to cure on the tray for 48 hours before use. 

Avoid leaving the tray sitting in standing water for long periods. Allowing it to dry between uses will help extend its life. Over time, the wood may naturally darken and develop character, which is part of the beauty of natural wood products.
